The service

HateItAll provides file-processing tools that run inside your web browser. The tools are free to use and provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work hard on correctness — including built-in output verification — but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your files stay yours

Files you process are handled on your device and are not transmitted to us. We claim no rights over your files or the outputs you create. Because we never receive your content, you remain fully responsible for it — including having the right to process it and for how you use the results.

Verify before you rely

Our tools verify their outputs where possible and report their limitations honestly. Even so: no output of these tools is warranted to meet legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements for redaction, anonymization, sanitization, or data protection in your jurisdiction or industry. If a document's confidentiality matters — legal filings, medical records, anything where disclosure causes real harm — review the output yourself before sharing it, the same way you would review work from any tool or person. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools to process content you have no right to process
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its delivery infrastructure
• Misrepresent outputs of these tools as certified or warranted by us

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HateItAll and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or unintended disclosure resulting from how outputs are used. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service — which is nothing.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes, and material changes will be noted in the changelog. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
